We are specialized in annulment trials, especially before the Council of State on environmental, spatial planning, forestry and licensing issues. We also support our clients in disputes deriving from the execution of contracts for public and private sector projects, while we are also extensively experienced in handling cases that involve the recognition, enforcement and annulment of arbitral awards before the ordinary courts.

We perform tax dispute resolutions and handle special civil claims, such as cases of civil liability of the State, engineering fees, pledges, assignments of claims, defamation, personal data protection, etc.

We represent our clients both on national and EU level, before independent authorities and bodies such as the Competition Commission, the Authority for the Examination of Preliminary Appeals (AEPP) and the Hellenic Single Public Procurement Authority (HSPPA), as well as the European Commission for state aid and competition issues, the European Ombudsman, the European Data Protection Office and the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF).
