We have vast experience and in-depth expertise in infrastructure and licensing for electric power units (thermal and renewable energy sources – RES, natural gas, oil etc.), having supported the management and dispute resolution of diverse environmental issues involving a number of state-owned privatization cases, in collaboration with organizations and regulatory authorities on issues relevant to the liberalization of the energy market in many EU countries.

We offer comprehensive legal support and services to the participants in tender procedures, from drafting and submission of the bid to execution of contracts as well as during the filing of appeals before all national and EU courts.

Inter alia, we represented a private power plant company before the General Court of the European Union, concerning the case of the dominant position of the Public Power Corporation S.A. (DEI) in the lignite and electric power market, which led to the disinvestment procedure of the lignite–fired generation units of PPC S.A., concurrently offering our support to the Hellenic Association of Independent Power Producers.
