We have actively contributed our support and guidance and represented the contractor in the settlement procedure that was successfully concluded in 2017, leading to the resumption of the main project of the Thessaloniki Metro.

We have provided legal support (contract management, contractual correspondence, negotiations and representation before ordinary courts and arbitral tribunals) to the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center on issues regarding the execution and the resolution of disputes deriving from FIDIC construction contracts and service contracts related to facilities and management of the Stavros Niarchos park, which led to the amicable settlement of disputes with the contractors.
