We provide specialized contract management services, including the drafting of contractual correspondence as well as the preparation and support of claims at all stages, from submission to representation, in accordance with the applicable procedures.

We represent our clients before the competent dispute resolution boards and committees (Dispute Adjudication Boards-DAB, technical panels, the technical works council, etc.), courts and authorities, in arbitration or litigation proceedings, in close cooperation with our clients’ technical and financial advisors.

We are legal advisors and representatives of the contractors of the Thessaloniki Metro (main project and extensions), providing full contract management services concerning the relevant design, construction and operation contracts and related i.a. to the preparation and support of the contractual correspondence and claims (from submission to representation) before the competent arbitral tribunals and ordinary courts. We have actively contributed our support and guidance and represented the contractor in the settlement procedure that was successfully concluded in 2017, leading to the resumption of the main project of the Thessaloniki Metro.

We have provided legal support (contract management, contractual correspondence, negotiations and representation before ordinary courts and arbitral tribunals) to the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center on issues regarding the execution and the resolution of disputes deriving from FIDIC construction contracts and service contracts related to facilities and management of the Stavros Niarchos park, which led to the amicable settlement of disputes with the contractors.

We have also counselled large concession companies throughout submission, and adjudication of claims arising out of major infrastructure projects such as the «Attiki Odos» Athens Ring Road and the “Corinth – Tripoli – Kalamata and Lefktro – Sparta section” motorway, proposing solutions that, inter alia, led to the resumption of works (“restart”).
